Town East Ford did me so dirty. I went up there and bought a van from them for work. They didn't have the van I wanted, so they found one at another lot and brought it in. They made the deal with me before I saw the van, saying it was very clean and low mileage, and still under warranty it's a 2023 model. I went there to sign all the papers and then they brought the van out from detail. The van did look very clean and straight. But after I got it to the office I found that the roof is severely damaged all over the entire top of the van. So damaged that there is even a lot of rust, and there is no way to even put a ladder rack on it. Not to mention there isn't even any tread on the tires as they are completely bald. I feel it was all hidden from me until I signed the papers. This feels like a complete Con job. I thought Town East Ford was better than that.
