My car was brought in on 4/6/26 with damages from vandalism. I was not given an estimate of the repairs and the service advisor had already ordered parts. Waited 3 weeks and had text communications from Nick that parts arrived and car would be ready on 4/24/26.
Staff Kristin did not know anything going on with my car each time I called and Nick never called to give an honest update. He kept messaging/emailing me that someone would call me.
Had to find out by calling my insurance after waiting 3 weeks that my car was a total loss due to repairs being more expensive than what the value of my car currently is.
What kind of business are they running ordering parts ahead of time before providing a detailed repair estimate to customer and insurance??!! My total loss could have been communicated the very first week they had my car but they waited 3 long weeks for parts that could not be used because insurance was not going to pay them for the expensive repairs and said it was going to be a total loss.
Had 2 unsuccessful and frustrating tow attempts to get my car from them. Absolutely unacceptable. Would never recommend this location. My dad had a phenomenal experience at the Milwaukee location so I thought I would give this company at a different location a try.
