I arrived late to Tortorici’s the day I went to drop off my car, they were kind enough to unlock the doors and let me drop my car and keys off to them despite me being late and the shop closing.
I will say they kept my car for about a week, but they also answered my calls when I was trying to check on their progress.
The most important thing though was that they found the problem! And it was a simple fix! My car runs great now and I only had to pay for the work done and parts, not the diagnostics fee.
