Cliente VerificadoMark, all pricing was discussed and agreed upon by YOU prior to any work being started. If you had a problem with any of the pricing it would have made more sense to have said something when discussing pricing over the phone or declining any of the repairs instead of making mention of it HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER the work was completed and invoice paid for.... As for the business check I personally informed you we would need to pull credit or do a credit report before taking a check from a first time customer which is standard practice at this facility. It was posted clear as day in plain sight in multiple places in the shop that we do not accept check and that there is a 3% credit card processing fee. If you feel you have an actual problem with any of the work that was done please do not hesitate to reach out or stop by as all of our work comes with parts and labor warranty. Your issue here is with pricing which you agreed to and authorized, us not accepting checks before credit check which is standard practice, and charging a credit card processing fee which is posted all over the shop lobby.
