Do not buy a car from these people! We just bought a brand new palisade in June 2021. In December we noticed our paint bubbling and peeling off our car. We went to have it looked at at the dealership. They took pictures they said they filed a claim. Weeks and weeks later we received no call no email. We called back to ask them what’s the status then they sent us off to the car wash portion. Every time we tried to call someone they were on vacation or they had a sick day. We pay extra money for extended warranty that we did not even know we purchased. They are refusing to fix our car. They are blaming it on this third party company(One Drive) that put ceramic coating on our car. Yet we were sold this coating while buying our car at Hyundai. They are stealing from hard-working middle class citizens. Do not go to this dealership please save yourself money and time. If anything goes wrong with your car your warranty guarantee is crap !
