Good customer services.
Thank you Pomaikai for informing the cost. Last servicing I was formed the cost would be $600+ , this was ok. When I picked up the car, the invoice was $1,700+. It was shock.

Great people and service
I appreciate their service department. Would have given them 5 stars but had some issues with the return of the vehicle that I am still waiting for them to resolve.

Always efficient.
I’m not a mechanic so have to take technician’s word as to their capabilities of my vehicle which is greeted diligently by all from the service desk to when I pick up.
Feel that by rating a “9” theorizes the human condition more to strive for in future.

I’ve been a loyal customer since October 2017. My engine ceased and took 10 weeks for the repair. Issue was the lack of feedback and follow up about the status of my vehicle. After repair was complete, I had a follow up question and it has been a week and still haven’t received a response. During the 10 weeks of waiting, I called multiple times for a status on my vehicle, whereas I should have been contacted since the wait was prolonged.

We really appreciate the feedback.  Unfortunately we have been going through some transitions as far as staffing goes.  There were 3 dealers here on Oahu but one has shut down so we are seeinig a huge boost in vehicles coming in for service.  This is good in the sense that there is plenty of work but we just don't have the amount of staff needed to keep up with it all.  I assure you that we are working on it though.
