Best, thorough, honest service I've ever gotten on a vehicle.

My service technician was Faith. I have a 2013 caddy that has major issues. She knew exactly how to diagnose the problem, already was aware of what I was telling her about the problem due to her many years of experience as a Master Mechanic. I feel truly grateful that I was directed to this shop and probably avoided a major, mechanical failure that could have been catastrophic in nature. Thank you Tommy's and Thank you Faith for taking on my vehicle. My car was in and out in 3 hours. She explained to me how long each diagnostic would take to complete; unlike other shops who hold your vehicle for unnecessary, long periods of time.
