Tom Wood and Allstate could not agree on the repair cost.
Tom Wood and Allstate could not agree on the repair cost. I had to pay 30% of the repair out of pocket - 30% of the repair. The price negotiations (exchanging repair cost estimates) took about 6 weeks. The consumer is at a very disadvantaged place in this process.
