They stayed in touch with me the entire time, explaining any new diagnosis , if there were any issues. In the meantime, analytical me (because we hadnt talked price) begins to look up estimated repairs for the work they were doing... I started to sweat bullets... I'm thinking I'm going to be spending 3-4k easily, possibly more (by Google estimates)...
Then they called me in to come pick up the truck- low and behold, NOT EVEN 1/2 of what I was expecting... This is admirable, and shows integrity of Tom Joyce Automotive to the fullest... they literally could of charged me 5 grand, and honestly, I'd of been like this sucks, but they did a ton of work... here's your money... no, instead they give me a more than fair and reasonable repair price. I am grateful for Tom, and will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you to the entire staff!!!
