Our right front wheel nearly came off. You dianosed it as a missing lug nut, a cheap off-brand lugnut and and a missing adjustment screw in the alignment mechanism.
We had the car towed in. After the diagnosis we discussed what other people might have worked on the car since we had about $6000 worth of work done by you a year ago. I found that Lithia Subaru had rotated the tires about 6 months ago. I assumed that the problems had been caused by them, but you insisted that they might have messed up the lug nuts but that you must have mis-installed the adjusting screw and as a result you waived the bill. This is a very high level of integrity and professionalism, not often seen in this day and age.
