Thank you Jane, and I have an answer for you about your transmission.  We use mileage-based service intervals as guides, but all our recommendations are made from actual physical inspection of your vehicle.  When we checked it in December your transmission fluid was definitely showing its age, but just wasn’t ready to be serviced.  On your last visit the Technician saw the fluid was looking dark enough to recommend the service, so we did.   It wasn’t something that we should have caught because it just wasn’t needed at the time, and we’ll never sell you anything you don’t need.  Give us a call if you’d like more details because our Service Advisors are always ready to explain things… as you know from so many years with us!
