I brought in my daughter's car for an oil change, air filter, and cabin filter. I was told after checking, the air filter was in good shape and did not need replacement. They could have easily just changed it and charged me for it, but instead they did not do anything that was not needed. This is not the first time that the folks at Tom Dwyer have done this, been honest about what does and does not need to be done.
