Thank you Kari, and we're glad to know you feel like we know both you and your car.  The "knowing you" is because of our excellent Service Advisors who try to take the time to build the relationships good auto service depends on.  The "knowing your car" part is something particular we do as a company.  Many shops put whatever vehicle at whatever technician and whatever advisor.  We try to pair the same Technician and Advisor consistently with each client and their vehicle, so the same sets of eyes are seeing it each time.  They understand the service history of the vehicle so they understand where it has had problems before, and will have clues about what to keep an eye on in the future.  Glad it shows!
