Do not work with Logan when purchasing a car

My dad went and drove an equinox with a sunroof to purchase for me as I was driving from Tennessee to get it. He made sure I wanted that car and then called Logan and asked him to hold it and put money down on it. When we went to purchase the car we talked with Logan about the sunroof and when Logan went to get the car washed and cleaned he pulls up in an equinox with no sunroof. Then Logan says that was the only car in my dads file that he looked at, yet my dad says when Logan got in the car when he test drove it he said "I didn't know this had a sunroof" and also Logan had already told me my dad only test drove 1 car. Now he tells us my dad actually drove 2 cars and he didn't realize the one he held didn't have a sunroof. The one with the sunroof is sold and I am stuck with a car that has scratches and nicks in the paint. I am sure Logan will not lose any sleep over this and will happily accept his commission for a job not done well. This was not the 1st time I purchased a car from Tom Ahl, but it will be my last.
