The owner Todd goes out of his way to explain what services are needed and why. There is no pressure to have any work done and a call and estimates always precede any work done beyond what was initially agreed upon. I was somewhat unhappy about the length of time it took to complete my latest work, my car was tied up for 2 1/2 days. I do understand it fell over a weekend and that an unforeseen part that was needed was not readily available. Overall this shop can be trusted to service, diagnose and repair vehicles at a reasonable cost.
