Rip off artists

I recently had a state inspection and an oil change performed. I had an appointment set for 10:00 AM, and the work completed until after 11:40 AM. During the inspection, they claimed that a headlight bulb was out, that was working earlier that morning. They told me that it would need to be replaced to pass inspection, but they did not tell me the cost at that time. I was charged $24 for the bulb and $48 for the labor to install the bulb. So, $72 for a single headlight bulb. I feel like this is outrageous, and when I explained that to the company, they said they take all complaints seriously, and they deeply care about how their customers feel about their service. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
