I've had several problems with this location of tires Plus in loganville Georgia, the first, I came in and requested rotors to be turned and an oil change, at checkout I questioned the guy and he said oh yeah it looks like all the work was done but didn't mention that they sent an email telling me they couldn't do the rotors then when I did get a quote it was extremely high. I was able to go to pep boys in snellville and get two new rotors and brakes done that should be done with rotors by the way, for less money than they were going to charge just to put two new rotors on. And then yesterday I made an appointment online to come in for the lifetime alignment that I had paid for just to find out they didn't have a qualified person here to do the alignment, but couldn't bother to call or send an email to respond to the appointment request. I have been coming here for 15 to 20 years never had a problem until the last year I don't know what has changed but they will rip you off, they don't do the work requested and they do not communicate well. Avoid this tires Plus location
