Brought my vehicle in at 10am for an 11am appointment to get the tires replaced. My husband noted that we must get the vehicle back by 3pm because we live out of town and need to pick up our child from school. When I dropped the vehicle off I said I needed it by 2:30pm but NO later than 3pm. I received no phone call saying it was done, but hoped it was. We arrived at 2:50pm and it was not even started. The tech said it was next and when asked how long it would take, he said about an hour. He said we could reschedule. My husband had already taken a half a day off work to have the work done. This was so unacceptable.
