Misleading and overpriced
I took my vehicle in for new rear brakes,at check in I was told it would cost under $200, then got a call that they want $500 for the work. I Immediately hung up and called a REAL Firestone shop (TWA Firestone is not associated with Firestone) . The other Firestone shop did the same work for under $400, and they always offer Free brake inspections where TWA charges you $40 to inspect them I would not take my vehicles to TWA firestone again.

Thanks heavens they were open during a hurricane. I only had a flat tire to be fixed, but they took me in. The waiting area was clean and air conditioned which was a pleasure. I was out in the time they thought it would take.
