Bellevue tire bros calls themselves a very reliable business. I took my car in to get a simple wheel alignment. I was told one of my cam bolts was seized up. The front guy running the shop said I could bring it back on another day so the master mechanic could apply some heat to it to get it loose. This would be the second time they would be trying to finish the wheel alignment. When they tried to heat up the bolt it broke. I was quoted $270 to get it fixed. I had no choice to have them fix it because the bolt and lower arm that hold the rear suspension. The very next day in the morning they called and said the lower arm was bent. Took the price to $500. I had no choice but to get it fixed as well. I told them to set the arm aside I wanted to see the bent part. The question is how do you miss a part that was bent the first 3 times it was in your shop. The bolt that snapped is connected to lower arm that is 3 inch’s from where it is bent. Was it bent before coming in your shop or not. This should have not been missed this made a simple wheel alignment that was a $150 turn into a repair that cost $650 total. I talked to the owner and he seemed to not care at all. All he said is we have must of missed it. Not willing to work out anything on a mistake they made. He also tried to blame me saying you did work on the shocks how did you miss it. I am not a mechanic but I also am not dumb. You can clearly see a bend in the part, it should have not been missed in plan site. I will never have anything done there ever again. I also will never refer anyone there as well. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car shop. Only cared about 1 thing money. Customer satisfaction they state on 100 percent clearly are just words!
