It took them 3 tries to get a front end alignment right. And they weren't in any hurry to make their mistake right. I waited 3 1/2 hours for them to try a 2nd time, almost 4 hours for the 3rd attempt. On top of all this, the other problem I had was never addressed, even after 4-5 requests for the status.
