Called the shop for a pre-inspection on a car from a local dealership. It’s was an online search suggestion since I’m not from the area. From the 1st call Lou was patient and informative. Many shops will rush you off the phone, but Lou took his time. I wasn’t there for the inspection, but drove to meet him after, because again he took his time over the phone to explain the cars issues. Lou saved me a big headache, and gained my deep respect.
