I found DJ very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. He kept the waiting area clean by vacuuming the area rugs. Since it would take a while to work on the breaks, he drove me home and said he would bring me back when the job was done. When receiving the bill, everything was listed and thoroughly inspected on the car. I received a AAA discount.
