BMW repairment...
People at Theo's are very friendly included the owner, Theo, himself. A bit pricy to say the least. However, if you are not satified with the work that did to your vechicle the first time, they will try to do it right the second time but you must be firm as they will try to explain to you the reasons why the car acts the way it is after they have worked on it. I would suggest that Theo's team going back to the basic; that is to DO it right the FIRST time...to satifiy the customers so that they are coming back.

Mr. Steen thank you for your review,
After going back to the date in question to investigate your complain I can honestly say I don't know what the problem is. Jan 15th we did an alignment on your car and a couple months before we check the engine light, at that time we charged you for our diagnostics and recomented some work to repair that issue but you declined the work. You paid nothing and we fix nothing and I don't really see where we failed you?
