Very rude and not helpful. I thought that people cared about their jobs and wanted to make happy customers but not Kaylee. Kaylee signed off on my package to say that it was in her possession and at her location, it was not. This wasn't a big deal maybe she is just bad at her job but still a nice person, WRONG!!! My wife asked her "when will the package that you already signed off for be here?" 6 says Kaylee, my wife asks "so you guarantee that?" No, I don't take responsibility for that. Yes you did you signed for it!!! Do your job!!! Also isn't signing for mail and then not delivering it some type of mail fraud? a felony I thought but no at this location you can do a horrible job, take no responsibility and commit mail fraud and still be employed.
