Door latch stuck
Drove in and talked to Akron at front desk, very polite, helpful. The door latch stuck and the door would not close. He fixed it right there with a screwdriver. God bless you Akron!

Knowledgeable, Professional, Extremely Polite, & Reasonable
I was referred to this shop by a collision repair shop that itself was top rated in Google & my auto insurance stated was a solid place to get my car repaired, so just the referral was significant. But when I showed up the personnel were extremely gracious, definitely knew what they were doing (I know cars myself, but I'm old,
rarely do car work anymore, & well I don't have the equipment for alignments anyway, but I do know if a facility isn't being straight with me), gave me very knowledgeable, & accurate Information, didn't try to sell me a part a lot of shops would've said should be bought as pairs, & as such really impressed me, & their price was reasonable & the work done in a timely fashion. It's nice to find top grade professionals who don't try to tell you that you need parts or work that isn't needed, but does address the areas where parts & labor is needed & does it well, in a considerate non-patronizingly fashion, & within a reasonable time frame. 5 star facility, you can't go wrong taking your vehicle here.

Great, Efficient Service
I needed a wheel alignment. I called and asked if I needed an appointment. I was told to bring the car in early the next day. I did, and I was out in less than an hour. I was, am so grateful. It’s a pleasure to deal with someone who tells you what they can do and then actually does it!
