Ken and his crew KNOW SPRINTERS inside and out. My custom lifted 2018 needed B Service and they did it for much less than the Dealer would have done it. Plus they discovered a problem with the steering linkage related to my lift that the dealer didn't find during the A service. Probably because it was going to cost them Warranty money. Great experience. I'm taking my Sprinter there from this point forward. No more dealers for me.
