Courteous, knowledgeable and thorough.
Austin and crew were very helpful in the information they gave me to get my stranded, intermediate starting F250 on thee road and within a few days into their shop. Of course truck started every time, they kept it overnight, and when it would not start for them the next morning, diagnosed the issue, repaired it and got me on the road that afternoon. Even entertained my YouTube research questions with a smile and educated response…Thanks Austin and Joe…will certainly use them again, just hope no time soon :)
