Rip off
I dropped my wife’s jeep liberty of for a safety check since she is doing a lot more highway driving with our grandkids. I was told that both rear suspension coils were broken. And that it was going to cost almost a $1000 to have them replaced. The springs had no breaks in the coil. I was told that the end of the springs had broken. As a former engineer, I am familiar with the manufacturing process. The chance of 2 coil springs breaking on a car with 40k on the odometer is more than a billion to one. I checked the the original springs against a new spring. There were not ant differences. This shop has taken car of many of my vehicles over the last 20 years. I will NEVER go there again. It’s not the dollars, is the blatant lying.
