Today I took my wife’s Honda CRV in for a blown brake light. I called and was told to “ bring it in and we’ll take a look, anytime after 2pm. I arrived as scheduled and was greeted and treated very professionally. The bulb was blown and after the service guy checked a couple of bulbs, I was informed they would get the bulb needed sent over. 10 mins later, same guy returned installed the replacement bulb and tested- all okay! Went inti the office and my bill was $4..... yes four dollars! Embarrassed with having no cash, I tendered my debit card, only to be told “ forget it, come back and see us again”! Needless to say I am blown away with my first interaction with these guys and will for sure be back . Thank you guys!?
