We've taken two cars to the Repair Shop and over the last month have spent in excess of $600 with them. Our most recent visit included the replacement of a burned out tail light. When we got the car back we drove it immediately home and when we went out two days later the car failed to start despite never having had any problems prior to taking it in. I spoke to Brian who was incredibly condescending and rude and they refused to pay to have the car towed back to their shop. We took it to another shop who found that The Repair Shop had caused some minor electrical issues during the light bulb repair and they fixed the problem in about fifteen minutes. The arrogance and stunning lack of integrity exhibited by Brian, especially given the fact that we'd spent quite a bit of money with them over the last month, means I'll never recommend them to anyone for any repairs. I strongly recommend going elsewhere, especially if there's a chance you might need follow up work.
