I went to Pit Shop with a scary noise going over bumps. Ben was so nice on the phone & told me I could come in right away. The waiting room was better than the Honda dealer and smelled wonderful. After 10 minutes Ben told me it was just a loose heat shield that was clanking against the exhaust, and they already re-secured it. The best part was he didn't even charge me!!!!! He said no big deal it only took a minute or 2 -- plus they gave me some cookies. There are still wonderful people out there, and this shop looks like it employs all of them. Thank you, thank you, thank you
