Dave and Mark have gotten business on my German car for almost a year now. We have to point out, that they replaced two of my front tires with no issues back in April.
Just over a week ago, front tire stem on the driver's side, that holds the air pressure breaks off. Front tire and stem are getting replaced. The same Day hours later in the evening rear driver side stem including sensor breaks off and then the newly replaced front tire goes flat???? Had to get the car towed.
Comes to find out, front tire had a rim leak and Dave admitting he was trying to cut Corners??? Are you shutting me? Rear tires got replaced. Picked the car up....again tire warning Signal on, on the way to Carmax. Carmax did their repair portion and had to put air in my rear tires????
Again, drove my car back and advised Mark and Dave rear tires losing Air???? Comes to find out air pressure sensors and stems were not tightened enough.
A freaking Nightmare! Shitty sloppy service to get more money out of me. All in all I had to bring the car several times back, because job was not done properly to begin with for freaking tires!!!
Never ever again, not a penny! Trust and Loyalty are gone!
