My daughter in-law Kiya was told by another shop that she needed a new AC unit in her Honda and was quoted a pretty high price. I called a few places to check prices and talked to Chris at K.A.R. Right from the start I knew we had the right auto shop. He was polite, informative, patient and took the time to explain why we may not need a whole new unit. His price estimate was good and he gives you the price out the door, taxes, parts, labor so Kiya took the car in. Turns out we didn't need a whole new unit. It saved quite a bit of money. As important as being a good mechanic is being an honest one! He never tried to up sell us or sell us something not needed. The work was done the same day and communication was great. If you value honesty and great work this is the place to go.
