Qualified mechanics but NOT trustworthy in serving customer first
I've taken 3 different vehicles to this shop for an opinion on different issues due to it's proximity to my home. Each time I've come away with recommendations for repairs on several things that seemed questionable and unnecessary which led me to get 2nd opinions each time. The 2nd opinions have always come back far cheaper, more reliable, and were communicated much better. The only time I did have work completed by this shop, it had to be redone by a different shop. The mechanics may be certified, but the business is certainly not putting customers first and foremost. It's sad that these types of situations create more distrust in automotive businesses.
