Looking at last reviews I was skeptical but I got on the phone and the guy spent almost 2 hours with me answering all my questions I couldn't belive it. I forget the gentleman's name but he made me feel comfortable enough with the purchase. The copper had a small dent on the thumper he offered to swap it out but I declined. I am more than happy.
