Trust your car to the man who ... answers the phone
As a long-time customer of The Car Shop, I trust Mark's advice and his intention to keep his customers safe. If he can't figure out how to fix it, it's probably not fixable. But that's rare. He is always busy, and that's likely because of word of mouth recommendation. Don't put off calling him -- sometimes there's a few days' wait if your need is routine.
