I was extremely impressed by the level of communication The Accident Repair Center maintained, and their work was of top quality, and has held up so far without any issue. However, I did not believe that the Center properly prioritized my vehicle for repairs in advance of a clear deadline set at least a month in advance. We did have to push back the initial goal pickup date back by a week one month in advance, and of course I was lenient on this end because of part shipment delays. However, the limit deadline remained unchanged, and over the 10-day period where the parts were available, much of the work was pushed right up against the deadline with uncertainty that it would be met. Thankfully, the mechanics working on the job were extremely professional and were able to complete the repairs in time, but this was still a significant communication issue. Beyond that experience, however, I would very much recommend The Accident Repair Center! I would rate 4.5 stars if possible, because part of the situation was understandably outside their control.
