Arrived early at 10:30am for an 11:00am (oil & filter change) hoping to get in and out. The manager (Mike) said it would take about 40 minutes. I left the shop at 12:40pm. So much for SPEEDY SERVICE. I had another occasion where I was in for an 8am appointment, same service performed, and left 2-1/2 hrs. later. I thought at that time, I would give you another try but I don't think it takes almost 1/2 a day to get a 30-40 minute oil change.
