Well, I’ve spent thousands of dollars to get things fixed and the car comes back with more things wrong than when I went in with. Example… last trip (recent) they said they needed to replace the alternator and the battery. It’s was $780 and what did I get back?! A car that now (new problems) idols very oddly like it’s going to break down and overheats very quickly and I’ve never had a problem with it overheating ever AND my whole radio/CD/Aux/etc… won’t play any sound. I mentioned these things to them right away and what did the man say?! “The guy I would have look at it left for the day can you make an appt to come back again?!” That was after I already left my car there for 2 days and had to Uber everywhere. This is after I paid over $2000 to have a few small things fixed. I also get my oil changed there which I’ve done since I was 16 and I’m 45 (why I keep going I have no idea) and they NEVER REFILL THE FLUIDS LIKE WINDOW WASHER FLUID AND IT’S $50 for the “COMPLETE 50 point or whatever check up!” God only knows if they rotate the tires like they say. I’ve gone after 3pm when I get out of work and on Saturday and they never have availability to help me without an appt to leave my family’s only car for days. Saturday…they are open but no one is there to do work. SMH ?‍♀️ please dear God don’t go there and let me know if you know a place I can go instead. They have ruined my electrical system and oh yea their way to “fix”the brand new AC was to kick under the dash at the blower! Fix the starter?! “Tap it!” It’s an endless mess with a great car. Sad.
