people are very nice and accomadating

I wish I could have got in same day or next day for my oil change as it prevented me from going on a trip since I was having my daughters car scheduled there also and had to help her get to work and school time issue and shuttle was not a good option for her I just didn't make the trip and originally called early on a Tues nor Wed morning, we had to wait a week to schedule our oil changes, so guess I will know for next time, but it was upsetting to me as I really wanted to make that trip and couldn't because of the wait. I didnt go outside as my daughters car also sched at the same time and needed to take her quickly to her job, Shuttle would not have been a good option for her do to time issue bottom line a week was kind of a long time to wait to get car in for oil change
