Not truthful or professional
As a single older female I was scared to death to go somewhere that saw $ when I walked in the door. This IS what happened to me here. Was told I needed OVER $2000 worth of work to the car. Come to fi d out from a TRUTHFUL type of person that the did Not need ANY of that, it was JUST a sensor. Not to mention they throw religion in the conversation. NONE OF THIS IS OK. Try to take me for 2 grand And talk religion in the SAME sentence. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Glad they only got me for $60 JUST for the estimate.

Scam
Will never return. The lady at the front desk is condescending and tries to pressure you into unwanted services. I went in for an oil change. They told me that my engine was going to blow up due to metal in my oil but said it was still okay to drive my car home. Quoted me at $7600 to have them replace the engine. Also wouldn’t do my alignment unless I got the new engine, and tires. Got a second opinion, no metal in my oil and my car is running just fine.

Honest mechanics!
Took in both cars within a week for issues that I know would usually ended up as a huge repair bill for “who knows what”. These guys were completely honest and took care of minor issues at a minor cost. They are now my “go to” shop! Courteous, professional, personable and even took me to work and picked me up while they worked on my car. No wonder their parking lot is full! Great place.

Amazing service always!!
I only trust our vehicles to Telle Auto and would recommend them to anyone without a doubt! Very professional and reliable. The best customer service and reasonable prices. Dakota always explains everything in detail and without all of the fluff. My go to auto shop from now on!!!

These guys are awesome!
I will not go to any other shop! Dakota & Josh always make sure I understand the purpose of the things that need to be done when I've had to have costly repairs. They don't talk down to me just because I'm a female & I respect that the most! The mechanics are awesome as well & they work their hearts out! Thanks guys!

Tells on Jeff city is fast, friendly, and very easy to work with from a customer service point of view. They are also very affordable. They also are not just a quick oil change shop. They can handle so much more. We have had great experiences with each visit.

Convenient location
I like the employees, who are always very friendly. However, I had an appointment for an oil change only, which took significantly longer than I expected (over an hour and a half). I guess I just assumed with an appointment it would be similar to "jiffy lube style" and I could do it on my lunch break. I was not really prepared to get a ride somewhere, so I kind of wish they had told me how long to expect to wait. They no longer had a place for me to sit and wait, but I noticed a table outside so I went out there (good thing it wasn't raining). I didn't have a way to charge my phone though, and the sun was pretty hot. At least they didn't buy into the stupid mask thing. I like the phone communication with reminders.
