I'm extremely upset with my service to my car. I dropped my car off for a new windshield this morning at 10:30 after making an appointment 2 weeks ago. They ordered the windshield for me. Nick the guy at the desk said he would call me at 1:30 and my car would be done. At 3:45 no call and so I dropped by. He said he tried to text that it was ready but when I said I never received a text he check the number he wrote down for me and it wasn't even close to my number. He couldn't print a receipt for me after I paid he said the whole system is down. I then went to get in my Jeep and there in my ceiling by my rear view mirror is a gaping whole with wires hanging out. I looked on the floor and there was my panel. I went back in and asked Nick what had happen. He said he had no idea. We asked who the Tech was and he said it was him. He claims he never noticed the gaping whole before or after he put the windshield in. That would be impossible not to see it. Nick claims he had NO WAY to contact his Manager so we could see how to fix this and he had no idea what to do. He claimed the manager would not be in till Wednesday and there is nothing he can do till then. I will be contacting corporate and the manager.
