The gentleman that took my appointment worked around my schedule, which was the next day.
Took my car in for a routine oil change and also have been visiting that shop for nearly 30 years for anything from brake jobs to engine work and tires.. The workspaces are meticulously, clean and organized. The staff is always been extremely friendly and accommodating.

Good guys, local guys
The mechanics at Tech Auto are reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly people. You do not have to worry about upselling or overcharging like you do at some other mechanics. It is scary to bring your car to somewhere new to be taken care of; but these guys take care of your vehicle and notice the problems you do not, so you do not have to worry about it down the road!

Best Auto Service in Woburn
I went there for a state inspection and found the staff members are really kind and helpful. I had issues with removing my old license plate and they kindly did that for free of charge. Since my state inspection experience was excellent, I went there for my next maintenance and oil change. Within an hour, they did oil change and checked my car for other maintenance needs. All in all, it is good to have faithful auto mechanic near by your place.

Honest and competent

Very friendly and easy to work with
Accommodated me even though it was past business hours. Very easy to chat with / great communication and great service. Found them through a referral from a tow truck company and will likely be with them for years to come for all maintenance and issues.

I'm a repeat customer
I have gone to Tech Auto 3-4 times for what might be considered above average work in terms of diagnosing and fixing the problem. Their pricing seems reasonable. Employees are always friendly and helpful and communication is good in terms of getting an estimate and status updates.
