We tried to reach out and offer to cover the labor and even half the part. Most would agree this is more than fair considering the time frame, yet you insist on having the dealer make the repairs. As far as the paperwork goes, both parties signed in front of our sales manager where he and the contract make it very clear of buyer and co-buyer, in addition, the bank Credit Acceptance Corp collects all original copies and calls every customer to verify that all information is contracted correctly before they will release funds. We have copies with signatures of both names in the correct order on the title, loan application, and loan contracts, giving both parties equal rights to this vehicle and also both names are on the credit bureau establishing equal credit. We sincerely value all our customers opinions and are more than willing to come to a fair compromise.
