A great automotive problem experience
This was the second time I had work done on my BMW at Team One Automotive. So far I haven’t had much go wrong with this car. The first time I needed it worked on, I had never tried finding a place that did work on them. I found out real fast that finding a place to get my problem taken care of was a problem in itself. It seemed there was only one or two places that worked on them. One of the places was the Dealership and we all know what happens when you take your car to the dealership. Team One did a great job the first time I went there so when I needed to have work done again, I had no problem deciding where to take my car. Again, they did a fantastic job and they had me in and out in just a couple of days. Oh yes, John the service advisor was very knowledgeable and made me feel so welcome. The first time I went there, they took me into the service area and showed me all around and answered all my questions. They seem to work on just about any brand of vehicle also. I hope I don’t have to go back, but if I need more work done on my car, I know where it will be done.
