me and my wife were looking for a new car and tommy christiansen who works for the vallejo hyundai helped us shop around for a new car very reasponable responce from tommy realy enjoyed shopping att the vallejo branch realy good employee

Hybrid Generator On Sonata
My hybrid generator had to be replaced on my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Probem occurred on 1/27/22 and I called for a service appointment the same day. The first available appointment for someone to check the hybrid system was 2/11/22. The following day Hyundai called me and said the hybrid generator needed to be replaced and the part would take 2-3 weeks to come in and be replaced. I got my car back 2/24 but someone had stolen my rear license plate while it was at dealer's lot awaiting service. I've had to file a police report for the stolen license plate and request replacement plates from the DMV.. Hyundai aid they would reimburse me for replacement plate but it's the time and inconvencience of it all after having my car out of commision for almost a month.
I have no complaints with the personnel at the dealership, just the time and inconvenience of the entire situatiuon.
