I returned to the shop because they gave me a fair price and courteous service for a repair two years ago. This time, I just was not comfortable after paying and discovered that the serpentine belt and pump they provided me for $537 at their shop only costs around $300 literally everywhere nearby (I called around to be sure without revealing how much I paid). Repairpal also backs this up. When I called back to ask why I was charged so much, they acted as though it was out of their control and what the computer told them to charge. They also mentioned their warranty when quite frankly they should stand by their repairs,so how big of a benefit is that? The people are courteous and professional, but you'll likely get a better price literally anywhere else. The people are great, but I would look elsewhere.
