A very professional , superior Service and Maintenance Departments
I would like to recommend the entire Service and Maintenance Departments at the Taylor Group in Augusta .
The same can be said about the Sales Department.
The three departments worked very nicely together to provide a near seamless experience for not only buying my 2022 GV70 but for making appointments and performing the vehicle’s 6,000 mile check as well as replacement of a shattered window approximately 7 to 10 days later.
The people in the service department were outstanding in handling the above issues . They explained everything very well and completely to me as to timing of appointments , duration of maintenance in addition to various vehicle electronics.
I do not know the names of all who helped , but I would like to give high marks to K.
Hammock who was assigned to me and who certainly went the extra mile in helping and attaining superior service.
