I recently purchased a 2021 Mazda CX 5 with only 14 K miles from Taylor Hyundai. My sales rep, Mr. Angel Mendez . was very accommodating and straightforward. Once we agreed on a price, the deal was finalized. I have been very pleased with this purchase and feel that I got a great vehicle for a very competitive price.

Very satisfied
Colby in the Service Department was very polite and professional. He went above and beyond by working me in even though I didn't have an appointment. He was diligent to update me on the progress of the repair while I waited, which was very much appreciated. I will definitely be referring friends to this service department because of the outstanding work ethic of this young man.

We had two cars serviced this week ( 10/18/2023 & 10/19/2023). Danielle Slick was our service advisor for both. We are more than satisfied with the services provided. Danielle explained everything required and the price for the due service and ensured that we received all eligible discounts. She really looks out for the customer. We are more than happy with her and Taylor Hyundai.

Recall service
I can’t thank Danielle Slick enough for her professional and helpful service. My husband and I both had appointments with our cars. I didn’t realize that my husband's schedule earlier then mine and I got there 30 minutes after he did. She and the helpful young man, (I didn’t get his name but to me, he had a Jamaica or another country accent.) took my car for service so my car would be ready closer to the time that my husband’s car would be finished. Danielle was very helpful in assisting me with my difficult time standing from a chair and walking. (I use a cane.) She was polite and communicated well per estimate wait times for both of my cars. Explained clearly what was done to my vehicle per the recall. My husband and I currently have three Hyundai vehicles, purchased in 2016 & one in 2017. We are indeed satisfied, with the professional services we have received from this dealership.

I’ve worked my whole life to help individuals that have medical emergency and treat them each with respect and as if each one is a family member. I am saddened to realize this is not the case in every field of work. Recently, I sent my car into Taylor Hyundai for a paint recall. My car was sent to Cushmans in Evans for this service. My windshield was broken during the process of repainting my car due to the recall. Hyundai never called me and spoke with me about my windshield being broken. I had to call multiple time to get any word on my car. This rude w Good evening sir. I am hoping to get this story out there because I’m sure I’m not the only one. This rude woman I spoke to continued to tell me, ‘I don’t get paid extra to check on all of the recalls’ and ‘you’re lucky you aren’t the lady that her windshield got broken.’ Unfortunately, I was the girl that had her windshield broken, fixed, and slapped with an 800$ bill. Hyundai sent me through all of the obstacles of calling corporate. They all denied my claims even though my windshield would have never been broken if it was for their faulty paint job. I’ve been hung up on multiple times, told to get a lawyer, and I’m out of luck. I have found out that replacing a windshield without the ability to research and pick one on my own is against the law. Cushmans states they had a blanket statement to fix whatever is broken on the paint recalls and they are slapping the bills on the consumer. They are holding my car from me and not allowing me to pick it up without paying 800$.

Danielle Slick is the Best Service Advisor in the CSRA and Air Conditioning Tube Problem Resolved resolved.
Providing premier customer service and being my favorite service advisor, Danielle Slick is at the top of my list for best service advisor. I always go see her at Taylor Hyundai for service on my 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited Quartz Pearl White automobile with moonroof, backup camera, and heated and ventilated leather seats. Being a five-star employee and an icon of Taylor Hyundai, she keeps me informed on the services performed on my car and upcoming services when my car hits a certain mileage. She always listens to my concerns for my car and goes above and beyond to print out coupons to save money on services for my car. Much in thanks to her, I love my car very much and get my car back promptly after services are performed on it. Being so sweet, possessing a pleasant smile, having a charming personality, and giving me a hug everytime I see her for car service, she displays
professionalism and is knowledgeable about car maintenance and service. As I said before, she is the best service advisor in the CSRA and should be given an award.

For example, I had a May 3 service appointment with Danielle Slick at Taylor Hyundai for car services, which included an oil change and a tire rotation. (The service tech forgot to put a new oil change sticker on my car's windshield. So I had to tell Danielle about it, and she directed them to do so, so that I could know when my next oil change would be.) I told Danielle that I had a problem with the air conditioning on my car, putting out warm air instead of cold. In her sweet tone of voice, she told me that it would cost me big money to buy an air conditioning tube to replace the tube that had a hole in it, since it came into contact with the pulley fan. In addition to paying money on my credit card for the services, I used my credit card to pay for the new tube to be put on my car. Then she made another appointment for May 17 for tube installation.

Long story short, I went to my insurance agent on May 9 and told them about the problem. They referred me to a claims adjuster who learned of the problem, and the adjuster referred me to Rick's Paint and Body. On May 16, I took my car over there for them to have a look at it. (My car got towed there after an accident with it in November 2022.) I got with Chuck at the paint and body shop and told him about the problem, which proved to be related to the accident. So he went to Taylor Hyundai and got with parts manager Cesar to buy the new tube for the techs to put on my car, causing my appointment there to be cancelled. Once the tube was installed, I got my car back, and the air conditioning was putting out cold air and working properly. The following day, May 17, with Danielle being on vacation for a few weeks, I returned to Taylor Hyundai and got with Cesar, who refunded the cost of the tube I originally paid for back to my credit card. I was so glad that the air conditioning tube problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Danielle should be told about this turn of events when she returns from vacation. Thank you so much, the manager of Taylor Hyundai, in advance for telling her all about it.

To share in the celebration of my upcoming birthday on September 16 with her, her fellow service advisors, and her fellow employees, I am planning to make a birthday appointment to see Danielle on or before that date for car service, to include an oil change, windshield wiper inspection, cabin filter inspection, and complimentary car wash now that it is back. In the meantime, I will have a great summer and do many activities such as my and my brother going to Tybee Island, Ga., in my Hyundai Sonata Limited Quartz Pearl White automobile and spending a three-day vacation. To make it all possible, I have to call Kasey Fitzgerald at Taylor Hyundai at least two weeks out for an appointment and ask her if Danielle is working on the day of my appointment so that I can see Danielle. I got to call again to make sure that she is working that day, as she is eager to see, greet, and hug me at my next appointment for car service. I thank her so very much for taking care of me and my car when it is in for service, and for keeping my car in top operating condition.

Overall, Danielle Slick is the best service advisor in the CSRA, hands down, and I highly recommend her when Hyundai owners take their cars in to Taylor Hyundai for services.
